Ingredients:

52.9109 Oz of potatoes

1/2 cup of milk

2 tablespoons of butter

1 tablespoon of salt

For the Fill:

1 Tablespoon of oil

500 grams of ground beef

1 clove garlic

1 large onion

1/2 tablespoon oregano

1/2 cumin

1/2 paprika

1/2 cup olives

3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped

PREPARATION

1- Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces, cook them in salted water until they are soft, remove from the water and mash, adding the milk and butter, set aside.

2- In a frying pan, place the oil, add the meat and cook it, add the onion, garlic and cook until the onion is transparent, remove from the heat, add the oregano, cumin and pepper, heat for 10 minutes and remove again, add the olives and the chopped egg.

3- In a baking dish, place 1/3 of the puree, distribute the filling and cover with the rest of the puree.

4- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown, cover with grated cheese if desired and give it a blast in the oven, then serve hot.
